I arrived in Israel Last Thursday night, and checked into the King Solomon Hotel. On my flight to Israel, my luggage was lost by the airline T.W.A.

Needless to say, I did not have any clothes to wear, which was a major inconvenience. In fact, I had to buy new clothes.

The airline found my bag 4 days ago, and brought it to your hotel. However, I was not notified that my bag had arrived, and therefore I have been without my clothes for 4 days.

I am not happy about this, and I believe that the King Solomon Hotel should have notified me when my bags arrived. Your failure to do so has cost me several hundred shekels to buy new clothes.
