I visited Tiberias and stayed at the King David Hotel on the shore of the Sea of Galilee and during our first night there, I heard what sounded like automatic rifle fire, it was just a celebration with fireworks and cheering. It was a magical place. |

I'd like to think the noise I heard came from a party, too, but I guess just two firecrackers would make a pretty weak celebration. |
